So I must apologise for my absence of late but I have been on blog vacation!  I have just spent a month away with my lovely partner Ed in France and Croatia.   Needless to say we had an amazing time!  Everything was just so beautiful and it was so hard to avoid taking ‘picture postcard’ photographs everywhere we went.  One of the ways we stayed creative was to take our cameras out at night time.  It’s just lucky Ed is into photography too otherwise I could have attracted a different clientele while hanging out on street corners!

These first images were taken in Split (Croatia) where we happened to come accross…. you guessed it…. a wedding!!!  I immediately jumped into ‘wedding photographer’ mode, however rather than capturing images of the bride & groom I loved photographing these Croatian men as they bellowed out hearty tunes (presumably of good wishes to the happy couple however I must admit my Croatian needs a bit of brushing up!!).
