What do you get when an Englishman marries a Japanese girl in Brisbane? A classic wedding at St John’s Cathedral complete with vintage jaguars, kimonos and the cutest accents you could ever hear!
Mother Nature delivered sensational weather on May 4th (yes Star Wars peeps, the fourth indeed was with them); in fact I’m pretty sure I heard Chris say the weather was “bang on”! As for Eri….. wow. Walking down the sublime aisle of St John’s Cathedral in that magnificent dress, I don’t think Chris was the only one left breathless. Her surprise change into a kimono for the reception was equally divine!
With guests having traveled from both near, far and well… very far, it was clear that this was a celebration not only of Eri and Chris’s love for each other, but of their love for their dearest family and friends. Surrounded by broad smiles, warm embraces, misty eyes, bucket loads of sunshine and of course those accents, gosh it was such a joy to document this spectacular day! A massive thank you to Eri and Chris for inviting me on board, may you both share many fantastic adventures throughout the years ahead…. accompanied by Cooper the Super Beagle, of course!
